Heather is a practicing and accredited psychotherapist, clinical supervisor & trainer with 14 years experience (MIAHIP, MIACP). She works with couples & adults from diverse backgrounds and is passionate about couples and marriage; upholding the importance of enriching and developing relationships. Heather has a background in teaching Art & Design to teenagers in the inner city. She worked for 6 years in a community health clinic in Ballyfermot, providing therapy to individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, post-natal depression, sexual difficulties, sexual abuse, bereavement, stress and trauma. Moreover, she worked in Pieta House counselling teenagers and adults struggling with suicidal ideation and self-destructive behaviours. Fundamentally, Heather believes that creativity and real spirituality are integral to health and healing.
